Aoife Condon is the founder and coach at Personcentric. Holding a MSc in Coaching Psychology, she has a 20+yr career in Training, HR and Global Recruitment behind her. Aoife is passionate about applying human centred coaching principles to help individuals creatively reimagine what’s possible for them. Clients find the confidence to move from ideas to action through play, curiosity, and strategic insights. Currently training as a psychotherapist, Aoife combines deep empathy with her strategic background to empower others in achieving meaningful professional and personal transformations.
